I joined a global pharmaceutical manufacturer as an external freelancer, was brought in-house, and was promoted to L&D Manager after delivering. For three years I led the design and development of global eLearning reaching more than 100,000 employees.
Following the company's international site closures, I returned to a freelance footing - now with the strategic depth of a former L&D Manager. I bring an organizational-psychology lens to learning design, and I care most about work that is measurable, audit-ready, and genuinely useful to the people taking it.
