AI Literacy for L&D

Practical, compliance-aware AI training for the enterprise - helping teams adopt AI productively without losing sight of data protection and governance. Grounded in current research and developed at Leibniz University, Hannover.

End-to-End Instructional Design

From training-needs analysis to a finished rollout - concept, scripting, build, and launch in one pair of hands. Tools include Articulate Storyline & Rise, Synthesia AI video, VYOND animation, GPT-API integration, and SharePoint learning platforms.

About

From freelancer, to L&D Manager, back to freelance - by choice.

I joined a global pharmaceutical manufacturer as an external freelancer, was brought in-house, and was promoted to L&D Manager after delivering. For three years I led the design and development of global eLearning reaching more than 100,000 employees.

Following the company's international site closures, I returned to a freelance footing - now with the strategic depth of a former L&D Manager behind the craft. I bring an organizational-psychology lens to learning design, and I care most about work that is measurable, audit-ready, and genuinely useful to the people taking it.
